SITE STORY
With the highest level of visibility and exposure, this building will be located as an integral part of arguably the busiest intersections in the heart of Milton situated at the top of Ontario Street where it T's with Steeles Ave both forming the main route Hwy 25 through Milton, boasting between 25,000 to 30,000 cars daily with 2,151 vehicles per hour in the AM peak and 2,897 vehicles per hour in the PM peak (excerpt from Traffic Study attached).

Being on the main route through town, there is direct access to public transportation. The next door neighbour is the main regional Provincial Courthouse making this site excellent for Law Offices and other legal services in addition to institutional services such as Banks, Insurance Brokerage, Financial Services and Government offices. 35% of space has been leased to Tim Hortons and Kids & Company, however the highest valued space is still available.
